Regarding services
Acrylics and hard gel extension removal services only apply if the nails were first applied at Omega nails. I will not remove extensions applied at other salons.
Infills are to be maintained at a maximum of 3 weekly intervals. Anything longer than 3 weeks is regarded as a rebalance and will cost the same as a fresh set.
Regarding Cancellations and lateness
This system will allow you to cancel or ammend your appointment with up to 48 hours notice. If you go further than this window please contact me to amend your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the full service booked. Failure to do so will result in being blocked from making further appointments.
In the case of a no show - missing your appointment without contact - you will be required to pay 100% of the service booked. Failing to do so will result in being blocked from making further appointments.
Lateness may result in the service that you booked being unavailable to you. I appreciate that things happen, but lateness affects all of my clients for the rest of the day. Lateness of more than 15 minutes is considered a missed appointment and will result in service being refused.
Repeat cancellations (3 appointments within a 6 month period) will require payment up front in order to secure your booking.
Regarding Children
Appointments for children under 16 must first be agreed beforehand.
Under 16s are required to have a parent or guardian present throughout the entirety of the appointment.
Extensions will not be applied to anyone under the age of 16.
The salon is a place full of harsh chemicals and sharp objects. Children who do not behave will be asked to leave.
Regarding Aftercare
Aftercare is the responsibility of the client. I cannot be held responsible for how you treat your nails after leaving the salon.
Please remember that nails are not tools, and having nail services does not make them indestructible.
Never pick at or peel your nails.
Apply cuticle oil twice daily.
Wash your hands after applying SPF protection or face creams containing lanolin.
Wear gloves when cleaning, especially when handling harsh chemicals
Regarding Behaviour
Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave and will be blacklisted from making further appointments.
I reserve the right to refuse service.
